About me

My body of work intersects themes of healing, oppression, feminism, music, and world politics. My pieces help me to process trauma, heal, and make me feel in control when most other things in the world feel turbulent.

I am also able to explore my Armenian and Wyandot roots through my art, which makes me feel more connected to both cultures and to my family.

My process depends on the piece; I mostly cut out objects from magazines that I’d like to use in a future piece, sit down, and get to work on whatever comes out. Sometimes the pieces are more planned and I look for specific objects to use.

I live in Massachusetts with my partner, our son, and our animals.
